INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGN

Since moving to Houston from Southern California in 1996, I’ve worked on full lifecycle instructional design and training development and implementation projects - aligning employees to the core values and cultures of global Fortune 500 corporations in the technology-focused oil & gas and energy industries such as Chevron, ExxonMobil and ConocoPhillips, as well as oilfield service providers such as Schlumberger, Halliburton, Precision Drilling and PathFinder Energy Services. In this capacity, I help shape and implement training programs that are based solely on developing professionals to deliver measurable results.

 

I possess an innate dedication to maintaining current knowledge of innovations, research, theories, technologies, and trends in the fields of Instructional Design and Training Development. A highly effective, analytical, critically thinking, strategic, outside-of-the-box, creative, solution-focused advisor, collaborator, communicator and business partner to senior leadership across all functions of global organizations on all aspects related to instructional design and training development, I possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, superior interpersonal and organizational consultative skills with a strong orientation towards customer service and attention to details and a strong fluency and business exposure to adult learning theory.
