TRAINING PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT

 

As an Instructional Designer:

 

  • I help shape and implement training based solely on developing professionals to deliver measurable results.

  • I develop blended training programs that include traditional instructor-led live classroom instruction, interactive self-directed e-learning solutions, virtual classroom technologies, web-based video streaming, and interactive, collaborative social learning via social media – using competency mapping, DACUM, adult learning principles.

  • I am dedicated to maintaining current knowledge of best practices, innovations, research, theories, technologies, and trends in adult learning theory, instructional design principles and curriculum development.

  • I maintain hands-on fluency with latest instructional design technologies, software, platforms and tools.

  • LMS Admin & Procedure Development: Using hands-on, code level fluency with top-of-the-line LMS tools, I help coordinate global training programs, virtual universities and corporate training portals.
