I work with SMEs to gather video and course requirements using effective verbal communication skills, empathetic interpersonal, listening and consultative skills and a strong orientation towards customer service and attention to details.

I combine concepts and ideas into effective instruction, creating and presenting thematic narrative and stories using proven creative scriptwriting, storyboarding and innate technical knowledge of the visual creative and production process.​
TECHNICAL TRAINING
ELEARNING MODULES
PROJECT: Using videos, design and develop 30+ courses that teach technicians at cryogenic fluid manufacturing plants to successfully master specific tasks.
ELEARNING MODULES
PROJECT: Using interactive simulations, design and develop 6 courses that teach technicians at cryogenic fluid manufacturing plants how to conduct water readings for Water Cooling Towers.
SOFT SKILLS TRAINING
ELEARNING MODULES
PROJECT: Design and develop a Certification Program for Business Development. These courses represent the first stage of the program - for new hires and entry level business development professionals in supportive roles.
