  • Proven instructional technology support and coordination experience in both Corporate and Academic environments.

  • Utilizes standard LMS reports to collect and analyze student information. Creates custom LMS reports.

  • Develops new GUI and content for organizational websites and LMS training portals related to instructional initiatives.

  • Harnesses LMS Financial Tracking and Billing tools to track and create monthly Training Revenue reports

  • Designs and utilizes LMS Online Course Survey tools to gather, compile, analyze and use student/course feedback.
