SONG WRITING
I have been composing music for over four decades, starting with songwriting. It has always been my focus to use my abilities as a songwriter for good - to send a positive message - to comment on the human condition and society. I am currently a Propellerhead Reason Power User and Beta Tester due to its ease of use and intuitive architecture and graphic user interface. However, I also am fluent with many DAWs such as Logic Pro and Pro Tools. The song "This is Not a Fireside Chat" below was written and recorded exclusively on my iPad using Korg's Gadget App.
Below is but a very small, recent subset of music compositions that I have composed, performed, programmed, engineered and produced over the past four decades. While the projects below depict virtual bands - it is all me - everything you hear was composed, performed, programmed, engineered and produced by me.
THE OLIVER STONES
PROJECT: Edit speeches given by politicians - repurpose each word - and use the results for lyrics, vocals and raps to comment on current events. (EXAMPLE: The word "crisis" was edited to be "Isis" in order to allow FDR to comment on terrorism).

WHAT'S HAPPENING? (Special Guest Rapper: Donald Trump)
I BELIEVE

THIS IS NOT A FIRESIDE CHAT
ISIS CRISIS
BLIND LEMON WARHEAD
PROJECT: Blues album about how Mankind took something beautiful - Einstein's Theory of Relativity - which explains and describes the workings of the universe - and then twisted it into a weapon of mass destruction that so far has killed hundreds of thousands of innocent people and can potentially destroy all life on Earth. The song "Blues For Einstein" below explains the three constants of the universe - Infinity, Eternity, and Stupidity.

BLUES FOR EINSTEIN
THE OPPENHEIMER BLUES - PART III: RESURRECTION
THE RECOMPOSER SERIES
PROJECT: In contrast with rap - where a rapper will lift a whole recognizable phrase from a song and then rap over it - all of the pieces contained in this project are composed and produced by taking bits and pieces of the original artist's work and creating an entirely brand new, original, unrecognizable piece of music from it.

THE END OF REVOLUTION
Composed entirely from bits and pieces of The Beatles' "The End" from Abbey Road, "Revolution" - both the Single and White Album versions - and a 10-CD series of interviews and press conferences
IS LIFE REAL?
Composed entirely from bits and pieces of "Bohemian Rhapsody" and "God Save The Queen" off of "A Night At The Opera" by Queen.
BYE-BYE TO US
Created and composed entirely from bits and pieces of "Stairway To Heaven" "No Quarter" "Black Dog" and "When The Levee Breaks" by Led Zeppelin
THE EPILEPSY FOUNDATION
PROJECT: Years ago, I had a close friend who suffered from epilepsy and through which I witnessed firsthand and in a hands-on way the effects of this debilitating condition. I created an album in her memory and inspired by her which I donated to The Epilepsy Foundation from which the five cuts below are culled and presented here.
